Faith in Words is a brand operated by Typortrait. In this policy, “Faith in Words” and “we” refer to that service; the entity legally responsible for it is Typortrait. For any request under this policy, contact support@faithinwords.com.
By using Faith in Words (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Faith in Words sells ready-made digital word-portrait artwork and fine-art prints. Each portrait is a finished piece composed entirely of words. You purchase and download the artwork, or order it as a print. There is no photo upload — nothing is created from images you provide.
Your purchase grants you a license to use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes: display it, print it for yourself, and use any included wallpapers on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the artwork commercially without our written permission.
All artwork, designs, imagery and text on the Service are owned by Faith in Words and protected by copyright. Your purchase grants the license above; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying work.
Prices are shown at checkout and processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Digital files are delivered immediately: by purchasing you agree to that immediate delivery and, where applicable, acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins.
Physical prints and framed pieces are produced to order by our print-on-demand partner and shipped directly to you. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.
If anything is wrong — a download problem, or a print that arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered — we’ll fix it or refund it. See our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Do not resell or redistribute the artwork or the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service and artwork are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faith in Words’s total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes, and the current version is always posted here. These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State, United States of America.
